Confidentiality & Post-Death Privacy: We maintain strict confidentiality. Our duty to protect your privacy continues after death. We will not share details of your journey or your family’s information without prior written consent (e.g., for a testimonial or case study).
Mandatory Disclosure: We will only disclose information without consent if required by law (e.g., a subpoena) or if we have a good-faith belief that disclosure is necessary to prevent serious and imminent harm to an individual.
Third-Party Tools: We use secure providers for scheduling and payments. While we take measures to secure your data, please be aware that standard email (hello @beaconlightdoulas .com) is not a 100% secure medium for sensitive health documents.
