With over 35 years of experience supporting older adults, Mary Alden brings deep knowledge, calm leadership, and profound empathy to her work. She is a certified end-of-life doula, grief coach, healthcare advocate, and a lifelong educator and speaker on the topics of aging and dying well.
Mary’s unique approach blends practical planning, emotional support, and sacred presence — helping individuals and families face the end of life with less fear and more peace. She also partners with assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing communities to improve the way we care for residents at the end of life.
Elizabeth, a San Francisco native, has spent over 15 years as a Registered Nurse in Labor and Delivery, helping families welcome new life.
In 2018, she expanded her skills to become an end-of-life doula, focusing on the Chinese-American community.
Elizabeth is passionate about bridging cultural gaps and empowering families through open conversations about death.
Co-founder of "Death Over Dim Sum" and a hospice volunteer, she brings compassion and understanding to life's final transition.
Erica, a San Francisco native, brings over two decades of experience as a certified massage therapist, birth doula, midwifery assistant, and certified end-of-life doula since 2018.
